A Small Batch Craft Brewery is Headed to White Rock [Eater]
On Rotation, which posits itself as a “craft beer laboratory and brewhouse,” recently drew attention for a couple of its beers that were entered in Oak Cliff’s annual BrewRiot competition; they snagged a blue ribbon in the fruit beer category for their Project Raspberry, and a jalapeno saison also piqued some interest.
