We’re a local, family-owned & family-friendly brewpub brewing small batch beers and slingin’ some of the tastiest gluten-free fried chicken you’ll ever see from our scratch kitchen.
We have 40 taps stocked with our own brews and amazing guest taps with a select wine list and beer, wine, and seltzer-based cocktails.
All of our guest taps rotate, meaning we change them to something new after each keg runs out, hence our name On Rotation! more about us
We’re an open seating venue. Reservations are available for large parties, but we encourage groups of all sizes to come right in and enjoy!

On Rotation
On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen is one of Dallas’ smallest brewing operation with a 3BBL (three barrel) brew system on-site producing our ever-changing lineup of craft beers & seltzer for the brewpub.
On top of our brews made in-house, On Rotation curates a 40-tap wall of craft beer, cider, and seltzer featuring the best of the local Dallas brew scene as well as exceptional beers from across the United States and around the world.
On Rotation’s food program & menu centers around our gluten-free fried chicken with scratch kitchen sides. Everything is made fresh daily.
Our beer & food have a cult following that craves On Rotation’s culinary approach to both our food & beer.
All of this is available in our bright, colorful brewpub and spacious, dog-friendly patios with the occasional view of an airplane leaving Love Field overhead.
