On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen offers a full menu made fresh daily in our on-site kitchen. Our menu centers around our gluten-free fried chicken with brewpub staples and scratch kitchen sides. Choose from our bone-in fried chicken, served by the half or quarter, roasted or fried chicken tenders, or wings.

For those with gluten concerns, we have gluten-free fryers. That means nothing we fry contains gluten, and we do our absolute best to avoid cross-contamination. If you have any questions about our menu or practices, don’t hesitate to ask.
