On Rotation is a hybrid concept of small batch brewery and taproom, offering Dallas “explosively experimental flavors” in the Lakewood neighborhood by brewing a variety of one-off batches and seasonal beers with a few more established favorites. This craft beer laboratory and growler filling station features 40 taps from Texas and beyond. Our large selection of guest taps allow us to balance the board across various beer styles while brewing without limitations.

Aspiring brewpub On Rotation provided a kick in the mouth with it jalapeno saison. The spice was abrasive up front, but mellowed out for a nice clean finish that didn’t leave a fire the palate.
