On Rotation is a hybrid concept of small batch brewery and taproom, offering Dallas “explosively experimental flavors” in the Lakewood neighborhood by brewing a variety of one-off batches and seasonal beers with a few more established favorites. This craft beer laboratory and growler filling station features 40 taps from Texas and beyond. Our large selection of guest taps allow us to balance the board across various beer styles while brewing without limitations.
Expect unusual creations like peach cobbler ale, café au lait milk stout and jalapeno saison
Aspiring brewpub On Rotation provided a kick in the mouth with it jalapeno saison. The spice was abrasive up front, but mellowed out for a nice clean finish that didn’t leave a fire the palate.
At the 2014 Brew Riot in Bishop Arts, their jalapeño saison was one of the event's biggest buzz beers, while their raspberry sour won the blue ribbon in the fruit beer category.
Founded by brewing enthusiasts Lindsay and Jacob Sloan, On Rotation promises to go beyond ordinary in every way, by merging brewery with tasting room and growler station
On Rotation is a little different than anything else we’ve seen before
I actually blind-tasted this one at judging, and proceeded to tell my friends and family about it for the next week. Somehow, the brewers extracted the flavor of jalapeno without letting the spiciness overpower your palette.
