On Rotation, a craft beer laboratory, brewery, and taproom, is now open and offering Dallas “explosively experimental flavors” by focusing on brewing a variety of seasonals and one-off batches in addition to a regular stock of favorites.

At the 2014 Brew Riot in Bishop Arts, their jalapeño saison was one of the event's biggest buzz beers, while their raspberry sour won the blue ribbon in the fruit beer category.
I actually blind-tasted this one at judging, and proceeded to tell my friends and family about it for the next week. Somehow, the brewers extracted the flavor of jalapeno without letting the spiciness overpower your palette.

Aspiring brewpub On-Rotation provided a kick in the mouth with it jalapeno saison. The spice was abrasive up front, but mellowed out for a nice clean finish that didn’t leave a fire the palate.
