On Rotation curates one of the most eclectic and exciting tap lists in Dallas, featuring our own small batch brews alongside the best craft beers, ciders, meads, and hard seltzers produced locally in North Texas (Dallas & Fort Worth) as well as rare, sought-after offerings from all across the globe.

All of our guest taps rotate, hence our name On Rotation. That means when we run out of something on tap, it’s gone – typically for the rest of the year, if not forever.

We offer everything we have on tap to go in crowlers (32oz cans we can fill on-demand) or 32oz or 64oz growler fills, and we often have 16oz cans available of On Rotation beers.

Not sure what to get? Order a flight! We offer flights of four, five, or six tasters of your choice from our tap list. Just ask your bartender for a flight card.

In fact, you can order any beer as a flight size if you’d like to sample it before ordering a larger pour. We also offer half pours (8oz) of everything we have on tap.
