Y’all did some work on the chicken tenders this year!

We ran the numbers to put together a little “On Rotation Wrapped” for the year to date. Here’s how things ranked.

Most Popular Dish in 2023

The most popular dish we served up out of the kitchen in 2023 was our Fried Chicken Tenders. Not too surprising there. Jumbo, crispy, and delicious, these gluten-free tendies were always flying out of our kitchen.

To date, we’ve served 16,111 fried chicken tenders in 2023. And it was fairly common to see our gluten-free fried okra paired with them.

Top 5 Beers in 2023

1. Jalapeño Saison (3,834 sold)
2. Kreutzer Air Kölsch (2,228 sold)
3. Café Au Lait (2,152 sold)
4. Blue Agave (1,458 sold)
5. Mach 10 IPA (1,340 sold)

Our mainstays in Jalapeño Saison and Café Au Lait were easily in the top five beers we sold in 2023, but our Kreutzer Air Kölsch was new to the top charts. We tried our best to keep it on tap as much as we could this year, but you all drank it as fast as we could brew it.

Blue Agave, our blue-hued Mexican lager with butterfly pea flower, was a hit when we dropped in on Cinco de Mayo. We brewed it again this fall only to see it move even faster than it did this summer.

The hoppy beverages just barely cracked the top five for us this year, but Mach 10, the “fastest IPA alive” we released as part of our 8-year anniversary festivities reigned supreme.

A hybrid of both West Coast and hazy IPA styles, we received a lot of positive feedback about Mach 10. It’s easily one of our favorite brews of 2023.

After our jumbo fried tendies, the top 5 dishes in 2023 were all the ones you tell us you love. Our Crispy Cauliflower, served with our housemade chili mayo, is the most popular appetizer/starter we serve.

The Fried Pickles really are a sensation, and we won’t tell you how many people told us we needed to make them “bottlecaps” and not “spears” when we first dropped them.

The housemade stone-ground mustard make the Pretzels & Mustard if you ask us, and, even seeing it on this list, you might be surprised to see how many gallons of Beer Cheese Queso we go through on the regular.

Made fresh daily, we’re glad you guys dig the food program as much as we do.

Our Cellarman Burger just almost made the top 5, coming in sixth overall. We know we’re a fried chicken joint to most people, but the burger is not to be missed!

If you follow only the social media trends in craft beer, you might assume we’re constantly slinging hazy IPAs more than any other style, but lager was the most served style in our brewpub by ounces in 2023.

IPAs did take second and third place, but we’re proud that saisons were fourth on the list. We’re big on them, of course, and brew our fair share. It’s a style more people need to discover.
