On Rotation Brewery’s Loyal Wingman Extra Special Bitter It warms my pub-loving heart to see traditional English pub-style beers finally catching hold in Texas over the last few years. Peticolas’ Royal Scandal is probably the best-known example, and Four Bullets in Richardson specializes in English styles. If this kind of beer is your thing, don’t miss Loyal Wingman, available on tap or (often) in canned four-packs from On Rotation. It’s made mostly traditionally, but with a handful of American hops added to the bill to bring a touch of brightness to the pint. Oh, and the name is great, too.
