Some of you may remember our golden breakfast stout we called Waffle, which we first released as part of our anniversary party in 2019 with various flavors like Cinnamon Peach (one of our favs) and Blueberry.

To date, we’ve never released the base stout without a flavoring. So we thought it was about time you experienced this breakfast stout bliss in its purest form.

Waffle is a golden sweet stout with lactose (milk sugar) adding a luxurious smoothness to the body. We cold-conditioned it on dark roast Brazilian Espresso coffee beans, which bring out roasted coffee and dark chocolate notes and flavors.

And then we add maple syrup and vanilla to give it that rich “waffle” flavor like a heaping plate of syrup-coated breakfast.

This beer is smooth, sweet, and decadent in all the right ways. Breakfast has never tasted so much like a beer.
