In celebration of Texas Independence Day, meet our newest IPA release, The Stars At Night.
Citra, BRU-1, and Galaxy hops impart ripe peach, tangy lime, tart passionfruit, tropical pineapple, a smidge of fruity pebbles, and a bitter citrus orange rind that lingers.
This is not a hazy IPA, but it does carry a little haze as an unfiltered small batch with such a substantial dry hop addition.
Medium-bodied with a crisp, cleansing bitterness on the pallet, The Stars At Night pairs well with buffalo wings, stuffed peppers, and spicy, red salsa.
