Inspired by the dill bread his mother used to bake, our brewmaster Dan crafted this saison for summer.

The Best Dill in Town
6% ABV Saison with Dill & Lemon Zest

Fresh dill and lemon zest give this dry saison a bright, tangy flavor. The dill is grassy with sweet anise in the background and an undertone of lemon, which we accentuated with the lemon zest.

This is all dill, no pickle, and it’s the best DILL in town!
