We’re celebrating the end of summer with a little soirée on the evening of August 1, hosted by On Rotation co-founders Jacob & Lindsay Sloan and featuring four exquisite dishes from Chef Mike Smith and four beers from Brewmaster Dan Heinzerling.
Our Summer Soirée will explore the light, bright, and cool flavors that counterbalance the Texas heat. We’ve been heavy handed with the fruited sours this summer, and you’ll find two featured here amongst the beer pairings.
We love pairing sour beers with food, and we think you’ll see why once you get a taste of these dishes.
Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Please select your desired seat in our Moss Room when you reserve your ticket, and note that ticket prices are inclusive of tax and gratuity.

FIRST COURSE
Fish & Shrimp Ceviche
fresh seafood marinated in citrus juice with tomato, cilantro, and roasted poblano peppers

SECOND COURSE
Summer Salad
Micro green salad with diced melons and summer berries tossed in an herbed vinaigrette and finished with shaved asiago cheese
Paired with Eeyore Honey Lager
THIRD COURSE
Kabobs
Mediterranean spiced flat iron steak, chicken, and vegetable kabobs with mint couscous, tzatziki sauce and warm pita bread triangles
Paired with Flocculation of Seagulls Vol.24 Hazy Double IPA
DESSERT

Lemon meringue ice box pie with vanilla wafer crust topped with toasted coconut flakes
