Roasted and packed with chocolate flavor from the initial grain bill, this rich stout was aged on cacao nibs to add a depth of chocolate flavor.

To take things up another notch, we pulled a few ounces of beer out and literally baked two cakes in our kitchen, a chocolate sheet cake and a chocolate brownie cake. After a short taste test, we decided both needed to go into the beer. So we added them both back into the beer for more aging and chocolate cake-ing with a dash of dark chocolate syrup for good measure.

This beer is fudge-y on the nose with a bready, cake-y aroma. It pours a dark, deep black, and it’s dripping with decadent chocolate in every sip. A lingering dark chocolate flavor coats your tongue as you enjoy it.

It reminds us of a dense brownie with a dark chocolate top and a sweet milk chocolate center.
