On Rotation

The “plane of rotation” for a particular rotation is one where all vectors in the plane are mapped to other vectors in the same plane by the rotation. So we felt it was an appropriate name for our collaboration with Vector Brewing.

This Belma dry-hopped saison fermented on a yeast designed to augment ripe strawberry, passionfruit, pear, and stone fruit notes without any of the spicy clove phenols you might expect from a saison. Belma’s already powerful strawberry and melon flavors and aromas shine in this beer. Each sip is like a basket full of ripe, red fruit.
