First brewed to add a little touch of tart to our tap list in the fall of 2019, this sour gose with pink Himalayan sea salt, pineapple, and pink guava became an overwhelming staff favorite.
Spiced with just a touch of coriander, this beer is tart and bright. The guava aroma gives way to sweet and tart pineapple that softens the beer’s puckering profile while complementing the beer’s own pH as well.
Like a promise between two great friends, this beer is refreshing and rejuvenating. It pairs as well with an outdoor BBQ as it does with a well-cooked steak. It’s tropical and tart in all the right places, and we hope you enjoy it.
