On Rotation

We first brewed Pilsner with No Name for a special pop-up event we did with CornDog with No Name back in 2019. It was light, easy-drinking and designed to pair well with corn dogs.

But, as it turned out, it’s one of those beers we couldn’t get enough of. It quickly became a staff favorite amongst our team, and, when it ran out, there was more than one pouty face in the brewery.

So we had to bring it back. And, this Friday, it returns.

Inspired by the classic Czech pils, this beer may not have a name, but it certainly has style.

Pilsner with No Name is a crisp and refreshing light pilsner with a balanced, cracker-like bread character and a clean noble hop aroma, flavor, and bitterness.

If you missed it the first time it was on our taps, let’s not make that mistake again.
