For the occasion, we’re bringing back our Gluten Free Eggs Benedict Sandwich! This was a hit at Easter – a fried egg, Canadian bacon, cheddar cheese, and hollandaise sauce on a toasted gluten-free English muffin.

And, as our thank you, mom’s first mimosa – pink lemonade, or flavor of her choice – is on us!
