Chili beers are kind of our thing, especially now that we’ve brought home a medal from the Great American Beer Festival for our Jalapeño Saison.

And we have a new little pepper obsession with Manzanos, the wonderfully flavorful, pumpkin-shaped yellow peppers. So we tried our hand at another chili beer.

Meet Manzano Grisette.

Manzano peppers, known for their citrus-y heat, give this crisp grisette its spice. It’s bright and fiery with a tangerine & orange citrus flavor profile and a clean, somewhat earthy, and effervescent finish. Pepper aromas rise from the rocky, white head alongside the delicate Belgian esters.

This one packs a little more punch than our Jalapeño Saison with a small, lingering spice that sticks with you.
