It’s officially Maibock season, and we’re honored to welcome back one of our brewmaster’s most cherished recipes.
A Maibock or Helles/Heller Bock is meant to ring in the end of winter with reminders of the cold weather that just passed.
It’s light & crisp with a significant malt presence, a more hop-forward approach to provide balance, and a higher ABV.
For Dan, this beer is also meant to celebrate his wedding anniversary. Congrats on 24 years!
Maibock
8.1% ABV German Maibock / Helles Bock
This traditional German Maibock is light in body with a golden hue. It balances a toasted bread sweetness with an herbal Saaz hop bitterness and crispy finish.
