Experience the one-of-a-kind culture & cuisine of the Bayou State as we invite Desi Bourgeois from Grown & Grazed of Ruston, Louisiana, to join Chef Mike in the kitchen for one night at On Rotation Brewery & Kitchen, part of Louisiana Goes Lone Star.
The best of Louisiana and Dallas will converge inside 17 of Dallas’ best restaurants on October 25, 2023, for Louisiana Goes Lone Star, a culinary collaboration organized by Lousiana Culinary Trails between 17 Louisiana chefs and 17 Dallas chefs with unique menus & pairings at each location.
You don’t need a reservation to join us at On Rotation. Come into the brewpub and enjoy the one-night-only menu designed by Chef Mike & Desi. Expect to find a bacon jam & white cheddar cheeseburger, a Louisiana hot chicken sandwich & more.
