We’re doing this ALL DAY BRUNCH thing this Sunday. So it seemed only right to bring back I Woke Up Like This.

Roll out of bed and enjoy this “Mimosa Wit.” Brewed with a heavy wheat base and citrus, orange-forward hops, it’s weighty in body with a so, so necessary citrus punch. Belgian wit yeast dries the beer out and adds a touch of spicy Belgian esters to the aroma.

We went a little crazy with this batch and added twice the normal dose of fresh-pressed orange juice to make this a “super fruited” edition. It features almost 30 pounds per barrel of sun-ripened Valencia oranges.

This is mimosa in beer form, my friends.

It’s hard to imagine people have to put themselves together in the morning, you know? Some of us just glow.
