Volume 25 in our Flocculation of Seagulls hazy IPA series dials up the juice with an 8.7% ABV hazy double IPA that’s straight orchard core.
Fermented with Lallemand & Escarpment Labs LalBrew Pomona yeast, this one sings with stone fruit and citrus, driven by Rakau, Citra, and El Dorado hops.
It’s juicy peach, apricot fuzz, bright pineapple, lychee silk, pine resin, and watermelon Jolly Rancher, all layered in a pillowy-soft malt base with three forms of wheat and two forms of oats.
This volume gets its name from “Say So Much” from A Flock of Seagulls’ 1986 album Dream Come True.
