On Rotation

“Give me all of your Thai basil.” That’s how it started when we got to collaborating with our friends at ODD Muse Brewing. After raiding many local stores of all their Thai basil stockpiles, we brewed two beers together.

An ODD Muse inspired us to brew this lager brewed with and fermented on a bushel of Thai basil.

Additions of ginger and peach impart a complexity of sweet and spicy flavor and gently accent the Thai basil characteristic throughout.

There’s a lot at work under the surface on this one, but the lager still finishes clean and crisp. It’ll have you coming back for more.
