We believe there is a saison for every occasion. So there has to be one to celebrate a new year, right?

Meet Auld Lang Saison, our Imperial “Champagne” Saison.

Fermented to complete dryness, this Belgian saison brewed to mimic the flavor profile of champagne features a delicate mango and clove nose.

It comes in at 9.5% ABV with a light, effervescent body and a crisp finish.

And, to fancy it up a bit, we trick up a few different kegs with different fruits or flavorings like the finest bubblies.

The first variants of Auld Lang Saison will be on tap January 2.
