Cool down from this hot, hot summer with a chill beer dinner, hosted by On Rotation.
Summer is a great time for one of our most beloved styles, the saison, so we’ve designed a menu with our brewmaster and chef to showcase the saison alongside some beautiful summer flavors.
1st Course
Roasted chicken and apple sausages with spicy apple and raisin chutney
Paired with On Rotation Flocculation of Seagulls Vol.22 “Dream Come True”
2nd Course
Baby greens with fresh watermelon, almonds, pickled red onion, and goat cheese tossed in aged balsamic vinaigrette
Paired with On Rotation Dassault Rafale
3rd Course
Pan-seared scallops with wilted spinach, shiitake mushrooms, and vanilla bean-roasted corn cream sauce
