We love a good light beer, especially when it allows us to stretch our creative muscles. This Zephyr did just that.

Light and soft like a gentle breeze, this French Pilsner hopped exclusively with French-grown hops is crisp and clean with a bouquet of zesty lime, ripe raspberry, sour currant, sweet strawberry, tart kumquat, and tropical citrus.

Mistral and Barbe Rouge hops grown in the legendary region of Alsace, France impart these flavors, layered over a base of pilsner malt. Generously dry-hopped, the aromas of both hops jump out of the frothy, white foam head.

At just 5.3% ABV, this crispy boi is easy to drink and pairs well with an afternoon on a breezy patio. (I wonder who has one of those?)

Zephyr gets its name from the Fouga Zéphyr, a French two-seat trainer jet.
