FIRST COURSE

Rock shrimp cocktail with smokey tomato horseradish sauce
Paired with Fists with Your Toes Cold IPA

SECOND COURSE

Mixed greens and shaved brussels sprout salad with dried cranberries, apples, and almonds dressed with a raspberry jalapeño vinaigrette and goat cheese crumbles
Paired with Jalapeño Saison

THIRD COURSE

Oven-roasted pork chop with a whole grain mustard and honey glaze served with roasted cherry cornbread dressing and green beans
Paired with Max Cherry (Fruited Sour with Cherries)

DESSERT

Cinnamon roll bread pudding with warm crème anglaise
Paired with Prancer (Cinnamon Sugar Brown)
