On Rotation

A few weeks ago we had some extra hands in the brewery from the North Texas Chapter of the Pink Boots Society to help us brew a very special collaboration beer, Peachy Queen.

The Pink Boots Society is an organization dedicated to assisting, inspiring, and encouraging women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. It’s a cause near and dear to us at On Rotation. One of the ways they do that is by brewing collaboration brews with local breweries (like us).

For our collaboration brew with Pink Boots, we chose a saison – because, as you know, we must saison – with a hefty addition of juicy peaches.

Peaches and Belgian spice character are a match made in beer heaven. With its bone-dry finish and relatively light spice note before the fruit was added, this saison embraced the full flavor & deliciousness of fresh, sun-ripened yellow clingstone peaches. You’ll get a touch of floral, a touch of tart, and, most of all, the juicy peach sweetness, which nicely balances the otherwise dry profile of this saison and makes the overall package light & easy to enjoy.

At just 6.7% ABV, you’re likely to find yourself having more than one!

We’ll have it available on draft with 32oz crowlers and growler fills available to go.

A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Peachy Queen will benefit Pink Boots Society.
