Like a breath of fresh air in the Belgian hills, this Orchard features an aromatic bouquet of floral, spicy Belgian esters with sweet apple and rich plum.

Fermented dry, the underlying Belgian Dark Strong Ale is complex with roasty caramel, rye, biscuit, and honey and a floral, earthy hop presence. A heavy – 30 pounds per barrel – addition of apples and plums adds viscosity and a bright fruitiness. The apple comes across as crisp and sweet and contributes an apple blossom aroma. The plum is jammy with a very mild sweetness and a ripe plum tartness.

Complex and fruity with complex yeast and ester notes throughout, Orchard is a wealth of fresh, bright flavor.
