The batch is small, but the beer is big. Meet One Kilt Wonder, a one-off wee heavy we’re dropping amidst this heat wave because…maybe peat and smoke are just what you need when the sun is sizzling.

Strong, dark, and rich with bready, caramel malt character, One Kilt Wonder features a bit of smoked malt to kick up the smoky, peat flavor you appreciate in a scotch ale or wee heavy. Toffee and dried dark fruit notes complement the smokiness with earthy and dark berry notes.

Coming in at 9.8% ABV, this is a big beer, one best enjoyed as a slow sipper to allow it to warm.
