Oktoberfest is almost upon us, but, before we Fest Fest this weekend, we’re going to buzz the tower with the return of one of our most beloved IPAs, Mach 10.

This “Dark Star” of an IPA is a hybrid, a combination of old school IPA feels and new age hazy brewing techniques.

An old war horse can learn new tricks, right, Mav?

Strata, Citra and Mosaic hops bring out ripe melon, tropical mango, tart blueberry, sweet strawberry, big grapefruit energy, and a grassy dankness. A subtle but present bitterness reminds you that it’s seen some things.

It’s too easy to have just a little more.
