On Rotation is throwing our beer in the ring to battle fine wine over 4 delicious courses – and you’ll pick the winner between grain and grape.

It’s time to put our beer where our mouth is…and, also, some wine. Who will take the crown?

On Thursday, February 8, join us as we pair 4 immaculate courses prepared in our kitchen by Chef Mike with both a wine and a beer. After each course, we’ll take a vote to see who did it best – grain or grape.

Our beer dinners are our chance to deviate outside our normal menu and show off our skills, and show off we will. You’ll be guided through each course and pairing by our brewmaster Dan, Chef Mike, and co-founders Jacob & Lindsay.

Included in your ticket are 4 lovely courses, 4 On Rotation brews, and 4 wines.

FIRST COURSE

Butter-poached poached shrimp with grit cakes and roasted garlic cream sauce

SECOND COURSE

Cream of roasted red bell pepper soup with jalapeño coulis and fried shallots
Paired with Jalapeño Saison and Jeff Carrel Michel & Pompilia Guiraud Comme À Cayenne

THIRD COURSE

Slow-braised lamb osso bucco with spinach and mushroom risotto and pan jus
Paired with a new Belgian Dark Strong with Apples & Plums and Tenuta Argentiera Poggio ai Ginepri Bolgheri Rosso

DESSERT

Strawberry and blueberry cobbler with vanilla bean ice cream
Paired with Auld Lang Saison with Strawberries and Gaudio-Bricco Mondalino Dolce Stil Novo
