Inspired by a Japanese rice lager, our take on this style features a little more bready character, providing more mouthfeel and malt flavor than you might expect. The finish is dry, as intended for this light, crisp style. It’s pure, simple, and pairs so very well with almost any meal. If you are pure of heart, it’ll take you places.
