We collaborated with airport bees for North Texas for another edition of our Pastry Vienna Lager, Buzz the Tower!

Like a fresh piece of toast slathered with creamy peanut butter and drizzled with warm honey, this buzzy Vienna lager is sweet, crispy, and comforting in all the right ways.

Its floral aroma and honey sweetness come from the addition of local honey, produced by our buzzy honey bee friends at the Dallas Executive Airport beehive.

The salty sweetness and earthiness of peanut butter carried throughout the aroma and flavor are driven by the almost 4 pounds per barrel of peanut butter added during fermentation.
