The key component to a Mexican lager is drinkability. Within that, however, there can be a lot of variation. Blue Agave is our play on the style.

When we set out to make this brew, we knew we wanted to include a couple of signature ingredients to make it stand out in a crowd. For one, we wanted to incorporate blue agave nectar in addition to corn to bring to add some complexity, some floral undertones, and perhaps a hint of smokiness.

And, second, we wanted it to be blue.
