Our obsessive study of the pilsner in 2024 is going to carry over into 2025.
Meet Aurora, a brand new 5.4% ABV New Zealand Pilsner from On Rotation.
Crispy and aromatic, this New Zealand Pilsner aggressively dry-hopped with Rakau hops is a hop-forward take on the pilsner style.
Rakau gives it a whole orchard of flavors and aromas — ripe apricot, juicy plum, tropical mango, and sweet pear.
Aurora gets its name from the Mk-II Aurora, a rocket-powered aircraft that became the first New Zealand-designed and built aircraft to fly supersonic in November 2024.
It also captured the record for the highest altitude achieved by an aircraft flown from New Zealand.
Aurora will be on tap by 2 PM.
