Dry, tart, and fruit-forward, this smashing sour is packed with a pound of fruit per gallon. The fresh lemon adds to the overall tartness, softened by the sweet juiciness of strawberries and a pinch of lactose (milk sugar).

It pours a vibrant red with a frothy white head and the heavy presence of fruit, trailed by a puckering acidity in each sip.
