When our last keg of lager is gone, we often say “Might take a day or two, but we’ll find a new one,” just like our friend Eeyore. As we enter into the fall, we chose to enrich this latest lager with Texas wildflower honey. It was Winnie’s idea.

We added a healthy dose of honey and just a smidge of honey malt to this beer, which imparts a honey toast sweetness to the crisp finish of this otherwise light, clean, and easy-drinking brew.

This honey lager is the only beer that ever put a smile on Eeyore’s face…or so we’re told. Does anybody listen to him anyway?
